What is required to reserve a home?
To reserve a home, simply fill out the "Check Availability" form on our website, select your desired dates, and proceed with the payment. Once your payment is successfully processed, your reservation will be confirmed.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential solutions and review our terms and conditions.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments through Stripe, including Visa and other major credit cards. However, on-site payments are limited to cash or direct bank transfer, as we do not have a point-of-sale system available.
Are animals permitted on the premises?
Pets are not permitted on the premises, and any bookings found to include animals will be subject to cancellation without refund.
Reservations 15 days in advance
Advance payment of 25% of the total accommodation amount is required for reservations made more than 20 days prior to the arrival date. This advance payment is non-refundable. The remaining 75% of the total accommodation amount must be paid upon arrival. Please note that we do not accept credit or debit card payments at the property. Payment must be made in cash or through direct bank transfer. No refunds will be provided after the arrival date.
Reservations within 15 days
Reservations made within 15 days of the arrival date will be fully charged in advance. If a reservation is canceled prior to 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the charged amount will be refunded. Cancellations made within 10 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.
Double reservations
Due to possibility of calendar synchronization lags, if a reservation cannot be honored due to double booking or unavailable accommodations, the full amount paid will be refunded promptly. Additionally, our team will contact the reservation maker to discuss alternative accommodation options or to arrange a refund.
